NEW GRADUATE / APPRENTICE SELECTION

NWG HR. conducts the selection of suitable candidates and directs them to companies that are aiming to provide support for their professional development by giving internship opportunities to the students who are studying at university / vocational schools or who have newly graduated.

The selection and placement process can be done by notifiying the relevant divisions of the universities about apprenticeship contingent and by requesting for students in 3rd and 4th classes with a specific grade averages to be directed or by the examining the individual applications of the students matching with the criteria sought.
